Cancellation Policies

  • No charges are incurred for cancellations or modifications up to 30 days before the date of arrival.
  • Cancellations or modifications 29 days - 0 days of the arrival date are charged at 100% of the cost of the reservation.
  • No -shows and guests departing earlier than the original check out date are charged 100% of the reservation charge.

    These times are stricly adhered to allow us time to complete government guidlines for cleaning protocols.

  • Check out: 11:00
  • Check out after 11:00 – 100% of daily rate charged.

    • Payment Policy

    A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation (pre-authorization may be required) or a bank transfer of the 30% of the total cost of the reservation.
    The payment (whole amount or balance) is payable on arrival.


    Children

    All children are welcome at Anastasia's Apartments.
